About the price
- Is there a subscription?
- No. One payment, no renewal, no account. The unlock link in your email keeps working for two years and can be re-sent any time from the “Lost your link?” page.
- What does the unlock actually do?
- It removes the “preview” mark from the PDF export on the device where you use it. Nothing else changes: the questionnaire, the preview and the answers file are free for everyone.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, under the conditions on the refunds page: before you have exported a clean PDF or downloaded the printable pack, within 14 days, no questions. After that, if something is faulty and we cannot fix it.
- Do you offer a licence for care organisations or advisers?
- Not yet. If you would like to use the organizer with several families, write to us and tell us how you would use it.
